Shipping policy

At XoticChapter, we move with intention and efficiency.

We ship all orders between 1-2 business days after order being placed, excluding weekends.

During periods of high demand, please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships.

Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow it through its journey—just like every chapter in life, this one moves with purpose.
